Enhanced erosion database function: this function is an automatic generator feature that is
characteristic of the provided erosion conditions, operating automatically based on the electrode
material, erosion size, and depth.
User-friendly operation: user-friendly operation that is easier to use and understand.
Auto Parameter Function: the Auto Parameter Function automatically adjusts for the rapid
erosion process and the fine finish erosion process, where the controller automatically calculates
and provides the best erosion conditions for the application, bringing efficiency, accuracy and
saving working time.
Equal pulse generator: for large electrode size or depth erosion, the controller will calculate
the servo speed and generate the same pulse for erosion, bringing high accuracy after machining
and helping to solve spark detection.
Special feature: for copper, graphite and tungsten carbide circuits, helps improve erosion rate
and reduce electrode wear.
ARC and short circuit protection: automatically monitors the erosion condition
Safety protection: automatic fire detection, ARC protection, oil level detection provide a safety
system and the X/Y/Z axes use a high-resolution display system.
